Expert Care with a Local Rockingham Touch

I founded Seabreeze Physiotherapy because I believe healthcare shouldn't feel like a revolving door. When you book an appointment here, you get my undivided attention, my clinical expertise, and a treatment plan tailored specifically to your life—not a generic exercise sheet.

My approach to Physiotherapy is driven by a commitment to evidence-based care and a deep understanding of how the body moves. I completed my Honours at Curtin University, where my research focused specifically on Injury Surveillance in Female Australian Rules Football.

This specialized study gave me unique insights into injury patterns, prevention strategies, and the specific biomechanical needs of footballers.

While my research focused on the field, I apply those same rigorous standards of assessment and rehabilitation to every patient I see—whether you are a "weekend warrior," a busy parent, or someone simply looking to move without pain.

Why Seabreeze Physiotherapy is Different:

  • Continuity of Care: You see me for every session. As a sole trader, I provide the consistent, one-on-one care that larger clinics often miss.

  • Locally Minded: I understand the Rockingham lifestyle because I live it. Whether you’re playing for the Warnbro Swans, walking the Point Peron trails, or heading down to the foreshore, my goal is to keep you active in the community we love.

  • Research-Driven Results: My background in injury surveillance means your treatment isn't based on guesswork. We use proven methods to get you back to 100% as safely and efficiently as possible.

"I don't just treat injuries; I treat people. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and movement strategies to stay active long after you leave the clinic."
