Meet Bodie

Bodie was born in Rockingham and remained here ever since. He is a passionate physiotherapist who has worked exclusively In the Rockingham and Peel area since completing his studies.

Bodie graduated from Curtin University with first class honours, having completed his research project looking at injuries sustained by females playing Australian Rules Football at an amateur and community club level.

Bodie offers Physiotherapy services in the following areas:

  • Musculoskeletal and Sport Injuries

  • Chronic pain management

  • Vertigo and BPPV

  • Cardiopulmonary management and rehabilitation

  • Neurological rehabilitation

Bodie has also completed further training and studies in common Paediatric and adolescent conditions and child development.

Bodie takes a client centred approach to his treatment, taking time to guide his clients through their condition and develops goals with them. His rehabilitation exercises are simple and can be performed at home without the use of expensive equipment.

Outside of the office, Bodie is heavily involved with the Warnbro Swans football club, playing master’s football and coaching the men’s master’s team. During the summer months he is playing softball with the Rockingham Ravens men’s team. He is a proud family man and enjoys playing guitar, 4-wheel driving and camping in his spare time.

Bodie is also a casual lecturer at South Metropolitan Tafe, where he lectures the Allied Health units for the Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance
